In this video we have demonstrated some asanas that are benefacial for the back pain problem that includes lower back pain, lumbar spondylitis, thoracic spondylosis, sciatica spondylitis and slip disk.
You can get relief by practicing these set of yogasana regularly:
Makarasan- मकरासन
Marakatasan-मर्कटासन
Kandharasan-कंधरासन
Bhujangasan- भुजंगासन
Tiryak bhujangasan- तिर्यक तिर्यक भुजंगासन
Shalabhasan- (शलभासन)
Cat Pose- मार्जरी आसन
Naukasana-( नौकासन )

Caution during Asnas:
If you hvaving severe back pain then also discuss with your doctor and practice these asanas under yoga practicener.
In case of severe back pain perform as much as you can do easily don’t force yourself with much pain.
