Welcome, friends. I’m Jen hilman. thank you so much for joining me today in this gentle yoga flow to help reduce stress and anxiety. life can get complicated and can be filled with all kinds of frustrations and challenges. it’s not too hard to find yourself in an overwhelming situation from time to time. if you already have a propensity towards anxious feelings or high levels of stress it doesn’t take much to trigger you into an anxiety attack. fortunately yoga is a really powerful tool that can help to bring our stress levels down so that we can reconnect with our breath, and reconnect with our body.
