This full body deep stretch yin yoga sequence will help you achieve total relaxation in body and mind. We focus on letting go of tension in parts of the body and on allowing ourselves to surrender mentally and emotionally. Props are optional – I show the poses without props, but of course you are free to use them if you wish. Yoga stretches and poses are held anywhere from 2-5 minutes. I encourage you to be still in the pose, only making adjustments when necessary. We end with a few minutes of Savasana and close the practice together. Instead of music, you will be hearing nature sounds in the background. Hope you enjoy, yogis. 🙂
