This standing yoga for seniors and beginners class is designed for increasing flexibility, balance, and strength. This gentle yoga for total beginners practice is especially designed for complete beginners and active older adults. This slow yoga flow class is great for those new to yoga, as the yoga practice moves slowly through gentle stretching. The easy yoga for beginners practice starts with a standing warm-up that brings awareness to the breath. Then, the standing yoga class progresses into some deeper standing stretching. This gentle yoga practice ends in relaxing breathing.
