We are often exploring resonance when we sing, experiencing the vibration and changing our vocal set up to change the sound and resonance. So why not resonate whilst we practice yoga! During this restful practice we move through 5 yoga postures with a piano track that allows us to vocalise. Using gentle sounds, you can experience resonance a little differently. Enjoy!
