We begin in a seated position with a few invigorating breathing exercises, followed by gentle twists to warm up the spine and neck. Moving into cat-cow stretches, we open the chest and upper back with dynamic movements. And then this is where the juicy stuff begins ๐ We move through side stretches, lunges, and a deep hamstring stretch for a power flow that increases both flexibility and blood flow. Finally, we spend a few breaths in a wide-legged pose for a deep hamstring stretch. We end this yoga class with deep breaths in a seated position for a centered and energized start to your day!
