Sequence begins on all fours with some back movement, and a relaxing stretch.
Then we move to seated for a spinal twist and forward fold/hip stretch.
We end on our back with a leg stretch and relaxing passive groin stretch.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Anything that resembles a yoga strap (belt, towel, sweatshirt…whatever you’ve got). As well as a cushion or pillow that you can sit on for some height.
