Today’s ‘Yoga for Stiff Men’ series is all about the hips! Open hips allow for greater range of movement, better circulation, and more support for the muscles of the back and the spine.
Yogic tradition tells us the hips are a storage ground for negative feelings and pent-up emotions, especially ones related to ‘control’ in our lives – so please enjoy this practice, let go and release.
