Today’s class will be a yoga for beginners class. If you’re a complete beginner to yoga this gentle and restorative practice will easy you into yoga in a restorative and gentle way. Beginners yoga will be a gentle practice and suitable for beginners to advanced. This class is great for improving your wellbeing and great for improving your flexibility. If you’re just starting out on your yoga journey it’s a pleasure to be a part of it.
