Yoga For Beginners
Yoga for beginners comprise of very simple yoga movements to be practised at home. It is about daily yoga practises. It helps in mobilising the lower body. There is a movement for toes, ankles, feet, heels, knees, thighs, hip flexors and glutes thereby helping to increase the leg flexibility. Practise these warm up exercises or Sukshm vyayam everyday to prepare your body for the next level of asanas.
These exercises remove stiffness from the body and also increase the blood circulation. It can be practised at any time of the day, even when one feels tired ,lethargic or sick. The basic movements remove toxicity from the body and energise it.
This video is greatly beneficial for those who find difficulty in crossing their legs or sitting on the floor. These movements show visible effects on the Arthritis, Parkinson, Knee Pain, Polio and other such diseases which restrict the leg mobility.
