Practising Yoga helps in controlling your mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind. It helps in releasing stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxed. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and tones body.
If you have never practiced any Yogic postures or asanas then this is the video for you to get started with YOGA.Before we begin remember to not eat anything Heavy right before Yoga practice, All you need is an open mind and a Yoga mat or cloth. Don’t just watch this video, Get ready and lets do this together.
This yoga routine is designed in 3 parts- a quick warmup, 6 rounds of Suryanamaskar or Sunsalutation and 7 Asanas for strengthening your back ,shoulders, spine arms and legs.
