Short 15 min everyday work out for ones who doesn’t have much time but want to stay fit
Work out build like HIIT or Tabata trainigs but this particular is using static yoga postures
Consists of:
– 2 min warm up
– 8 series of 60 second exercises / 30 seconds rest
– 3 min of streching
App used for timing is Tabata Timer: Interval Timer.
