In this yoga class, we explore an area of the body that holds A LOT of tension and stress but often gets overlooked: our belly and abdomen. We gently move through restorative yoga poses on the ground and dynamic standing stretches to really open up the abdominal area. Creating space in the body like this is especially healing for when we need some major stress relief or to release tension. I especially love this flow for women who are struggling with endometriosis or infertility as it strengthens the pelvic area and loosens the connective tissue, making the entire pelvic region more comfortable in our bodies. It’s the perfect stretching routine for anyone who just needs to chill out right now!
