Yoga For Back Pain
This video consists of basic and simple yogasanas to relieve lower back pain. These are tries and tested methods which if performed correctly relieves back pain to a large extent. Those with back pain practising these stretches, should perform it slowly without any jerking movements. If at point, one feels uncomfortable drop all the stretches and get into Shavasana (corpse pose) with wall support or Balasana (Child pose).
