This beginner friendly 10 minute yoga practice is great for helping release tension in that achy low back and those tight hips. I know it’s hard to find the time to take care of ourselves in our busy lives, but if you have 10 minutes to spare, I’ll try to help you relieve some back pain. I hope this yoga practice helps you find calm in the body and mind, as we move through the poses together to a find that innate peace within. Chappy couldn’t come with me to shoot this one, because he tends to wander, and there are no fences, but he’s still in the beginning to say hello- at at the end to say goodbye:) What type of focus would you like to see in a yoga video?
