This is the first Workout Session of my Series which focuses on the entire body.
Yoga is popularly viewed as a fitness routine for women since it is mainly stretching. THIS IS FALSE!!
Yoga has loads of benefits for Men, so don’t hesitate to roll your mat & get started. This is a follow along session, so make sure that you practice along with me & not just sit & watch…!!
Reduce the muscle tightness & welcome flexibility.
This session includes Strengthening for the shoulders, arms & the abdominal muscles, and stretching for the hamstrings & glutes , which most men would be comfortable doing. Practice this session to increase your range of motion. It will help improve your breathing capacity thus making you highly energetic..!!
