Majority of men now suffer with lower back pain because of a variety of reasons. Mine starts to ache and stiffen after too much sitting (desk/car/sofa/plane), or particularly when I used to lift heavy of weights.

If you are the kind of person that sits all day, at a desk, a wheel, then comes home shattered, has your dinner and sits down to watch re runs of Bullseye, then maybe you need to do a little work on your body before you feel 70 at the age of 40.

More videos to follow with different poses but this will work nicely for you to get going……DO what you can.
