Couple of days ago I was chatting to my father. He was regretting that his gym was closed these days and missed his physical exercises. I suggested him to do Yoga- since Yoga could be also quite physical challenging, if you focus the practice in a more Asana orientated way. His comment was that Yoga is not so much for him. I didn’t respond to that at the moment, but couldn’t agree with him. The beauty of Yoga is that it is for everyone. So next morning I went on my mat and filmed these sequence for him and all other fitness Enthusiasts out there, who miss their regular exercise. This Yoga class is obviously not only for men, but I am sure men are going to love it. On purpose I designed this class in a way, which they will enjoy the practice and not in a way, what might be more beneficial for some. Especially in times like that, in can be more important to just have fun and enjoy. Please be still very mindful while doing this practice and don’t be too ambitious to not hurt yourself. Namaste
