Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – In this video, the emphasis is on letting go of your day and preparing the body for relaxation and sleep. The simple poses/sequences and verbal instructions are designed to “destress,” calm the mind, and relieve tension that we carry around all day. We practice a slow and mindful flow for 20 minutes and rest in Savasana for about 5 minutes. Of course, you may use this video anytime but I recommend doing this practice at the end of your work day or close to bedtime. This class is appropriate for all levels.
