This gentle 15 minute Bedtime Yoga sequence is a great way to relax and wind down for a beautiful night’s rest. It is perfect for beginners and yogis of all levels. It is a calming practice and may also help ease any stress and anxiety that you may have. Let go of your day so far – good or bad – and let go of any anticipation of tomorrow. Relax your mind, body and soul and go peacefully into that good night.
Before you begin, I encourage you to sit quietly in a short meditation to fully arrive on your mat and so you can be fully present during this sequence.
