I would worry about the amount of work I have, about the perfection of what I’ve done, about what someone has said to me and what they meant, or keep analysing my emotions ⁉️

In my experience nervous system dis-regulation happens when I overwork, have too many projects running simultaneously, when I eat stimulating foods or don’t find time to practice yoga πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Just think, which situations cause you to overthink? Overthinking is when we keep thinking about the same thing over and over ♾️

It can cause us distress and we are unable to move on even when we want to 🚢🏻

One simple yet effective hack to deal with this is applying almond oil on your feet and massaging your feet for 5-10 minutes before sleeping πŸ›ŒπŸ»

You can also relax your nervous system by practicing pranayama regularly πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Remember, overthinking may happen due to many reasons from the past, present or future ☝🏼

However, working on yourself everyday and focussing on your growth will allow you to have lesser and lesser thoughts overtime πŸ•°οΈ
