One simple yet effective hack to deal with this is applying almond oil on your feet and massaging your feet for 5-10 minutes before sleeping ππ»
You can also relax your nervous system by practicing pranayama regularly π§π»ββοΈ
Remember, overthinking may happen due to many reasons from the past, present or future βπΌ
However, working on yourself everyday and focussing on your growth will allow you to have lesser and lesser thoughts overtime π°οΈ
