Almost all of us are having some sort of back issues these days. Markatasana poses are very effective way to release pain in the back.
I have shown Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 of Markatasana. You can do them while waching TV or in the bed before going to bed or after you wake up. These poses are the best thing we can do to our back. So let’s do it.
Benefits:
It increases the Flexibility of spine. Good exercise for ribs and lungs. It exercised the large intestine. It is most beneficial in constipation and problems related to stomach.
