You’ll relax into gentle, stretching poses 1-3 minutes each while settling into a safe space to process and understand your grief. You’ll begin with seated poses to ease into your neck, shoulders and hips then work your way into heart openers and a gentle twist. Modifications are offered throughout so you can adjust the positions to fit your body today.

PRENATAL & POSTNATAL This video & the entire GRIEF Yoga Collection are Prenatal & Postnatal friendly. Prenatally, you may need to modify to create space for your growing belly in the cross, legged fold. Postnatally, this is completely safe, but it is always recommended to get clearance from your doctor before any exercise (show them this video so they have an idea of what you mean by exercise)
