Practice three yin yoga postures for lower back stress, and release the deeper energetic and emotional layers that contribute to lower back pain.

Join me for a 20 minute beginner yoga sequence to massage the ligaments of the lower back and hips, and to open to the fluid and soft nature of the connective tissues.

Please have a yoga block (or stack of books) to use as a prop. Rest into your support as you let go of the layers of tension held through the body, emotions and mind.
