Asanas for Neck and Shoulder pain .

Due to this lock down period,we are all forced to sit in front of laptops for longer hours leading to serious neck and shoulder issues. To get rid of this issue,we should practice these asanas daily.

My own experience
I had spondylitis problem with severe neck and shoulder pain 2 years ago. But After practicing yoga regularly, I can say,I am feeling much better and happy.

To be positive in life, we should be healthy and to be healthy let’s all practice yoga on a daily basis.
