30-minute yoga for beginners, vinyasa flow for lower back pain, mild sciatica, and tight hip flexors…

During this class we will be focusing on hip stretches, to relieve the lumbar spine from tension (lower back pain), stretch out tight hip flexors and release sciatic nerve pain, due to a pinched nerve, or piriformis syndrome from too much sitting, running, or walking exercises, relieving back and leg pain.
