This is also a great every day workout you can do at home before other trainings or drills, or afterwards to finish up your training. We don’t want to identify ourselves with how we look or if you get a six pack from this routine, we focus on getting strong.
If you are serious about arm balances and handstand we recommend doing this every day! Grab your mat or just be on carpet or outside in the grass and let’s do it!
