It is 40 minutes practice session for back pain.

It contains simple asanas, and repetitions to ease tired and overworked muscles and soothe the nerves.

Combined with breathing and relaxation, this simple video can be your companion not only in the times when you have back pain, but also when you want to prevent it.

No prior experience of yoga is required.

You can practice on the floor (ideal and recommended) or on the bed, if the floor is not a possibility.

While using the practices suggested in the video, please remember to take small steps, and also not to do anything more than what your current capacity allows you.

Practice on an empty stomach, and do not hurry the practice.

Avoid anything that feels strenuous.
