This a 60-minute routine focused on long holds. It’s a very well balanced workout, starting with a long warm-up section to release muscles tightness and gently open the body; moving into full body postures for strength and flexibility, and then ending with a couple of deep, intense stretches to really open the hips and release the low-back.
This Fix workout is particularly meant for restoring posture and getting rid of back/hip/shoulder pain after long periods of inactivity, like a road trip, air travel, or even a long day at the office. Give it a shot and really dedicate yourself to the workout for the full hour – you’ll feel amazing afterwards! I recommend having 2 blocks and a strap.
