It can be daunting for a male yogi to step into a yoga class with mostly female students, especially if you are new to yoga. The goal of this class is to make it as accessible as possible to men. Move through plank, chaturanga, crow pose and other poses that often come quite naturally to men, and learn modifications when you have limited flexibility around the hips, hamstrings and shoulders. Props suggested: a strap.
