Let’s get our bodies moving with this beginner yoga sequence that will improve both your strength and flexibility and help you to feel fantastic! No yoga experience is required as we review together some of the most common poses you can expect to see in a yoga class.

*If you would like, you can use a large pillow/bolster to prop for some of the poses; however no props are necessary.
