Yoga for Back Pain Part 1

Yoga For Back Pain
This is a Yoga class designed to help address problem areas that might be contributing to your back pain. If you sit for long periods of time, drive in a car a lot, or have poor posture – there is a high chance you will have tight hip flexors and a weak back.

This class repeats poses that stretch your hip flexor (Psoas), stretch your entire front body from your abs through to your shoulders, and strengthen your back muscles.

Repeat this regularly and see how great your back feels.

Please note, this class is not designed for acute or specific back issues and injuries. It is intended for moderate back pain as a result of strain, poor posture, or overuse.

Enjoy!
