Chapter 2 Verse 46 of Maharishi Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras says “Sthira Sukham Asanam”, “Let your posture be steady and comfortable”.
We have a heightened risk of injury when we move, so we need to asses the best route possible to move with freedom.
