YOU are responsible for your own health and safety. This video is a guide, and you should listen to your body before doing ANY pose. When going on the yoga journey, you WILL fall out of poses. It is a part of the practice, so injuries will happen. Do not practice tired, distracted, or over ability level. Consult a physician about health of neck and back prior to practicing or any other health issue without the presence of a registered instructor
