In this video we do 3 yoga asana for flexibility, these are easy yet effective. We work on our legs and the spine as both are extremely important. Do try out and these exercises can be practiced in the morning as well as in the evening.

We practice two forward bending and one twisting asana in this video!
Yoga is the linking of breath with our body movements.
As a beginner, hold for about 10-15 seconds. For best results repeat for 3-4 times. As you keep practicing, slowly and gradually increase the duration to 30 seconds – 1 minute.
