Welcome to the first class of this Beginners Yoga Course! I’ve been working on this project for quite some time and am thrilled to finally be sharing it with you here! It’s a wonderfully constructed 12 part course designed by B.K.S Iyengar himself and translated as ‘purely’ as possible for you here.
Dosage: Practice this Sequence 3X before moving onto the next. (links to the following classes below) It’s really worth starting at the beginning as each teaching builds on the last. New poses, new alignments, new ways of understanding… If practiced as suggested incredible structure, strength and fluidity will be ignited, along with a deep life-long understanding of the hows and whys of Asana.
