Due to our lifestyle, sitting long hours working, looking into laptops and phones, we all experience some form of neck tension or neck pain. These exercises and yoga practices have helped me to give relief. I hope it does the same for you.

We should all give some time to our selves amidst all the workload. From time to time, take a few minutes to do the warm ups. Breathe in. Breathe out. Following your breath, bend your neck to all sides. Feel your neck tension getting released with every breath.

Make time for yourself, and consistently practice the easy yoga postures. Your health and well-being definitely depend on you. Self-care, self-love is very much necessary for you to bloom abundantly.
