This beginner friendly 5-minute yoga targets the whole body and can be done in the morning to help open the body or at night to promote relaxation before bed. Are you on a flexibility journey or simply want to be able to touch your toes? 5 minutes of yoga is a great start to gaining flexibility. By getting into the hips, lower back and shoulders, if you sit long hours you will find great relief in adding this yoga class to your daily routine.
