Most men think they cannot do yoga, which is not the case! Men benefit just as much from a regular yoga routine as women. I created this sequence to target those areas where most men are tight. We will focus on poses to stretch the hamstrings, hips, shoulders and low back. Yoga will help to increase your flexibility, build strength and balance. Go at your own pace and Enjoy!
