Welcome to Day 1 of the Chakra Challenge.

The day where we root down into our most basic needs, connect with the ground beneath, and tap into the foundation of our entire chakra system – the muladhara chakra.

Today’s yoga flow will center on this root center that lies within us, keeping us close to the Earth, and moving through postures that help keep us firmly planted.

Throughout the class, I’ll continue drawing your energy back to the muladhara chakra, giving you opportunities for reflection, and ending the practice with a seated meditation using the bija mantra, LAM.
