This is a 45 minute smooth, calming and uncomplicated vinyasa flow class. Class flows through familiar postures paired together (Warrior 2 & Triangle, Warrior 1 & Pyramid, High lunge & Swan) with a focus on your alignment and integrity in each pose. A balanced strength and flexibility flow with grounding standing postures to help you feel centred in your body. This flow moves at a smooth, slow and spacious pace, ideal if you’re newer to yoga and have a reasonable level of fitness or looking for a grounding/centering style of class. A short, guided shavasana included to conclude 😉
