– If you follow my social media, you’ll know that while yoga is the largest component of my fitness routine, it’s not the only thing I do. One type of other fitness that I enjoy doing (especially when I’m outside) is calisthenics.
This video is a typical calisthenics workout, which I’ll do at least once per week. This helps to build strength & endurance, prevents injury in knees, ankles, improves cardiovascular ability, and strengthens your joints. Find yourself a few feet (I’d recommend you find a nice 10 yard patch of grass you can move back and forth on) and then get to it!!
